Individual Coaching

The Phone Lady offers individual and/or group teleconference coaching sessions. These sessions can focus on prospecting and cold calling, customer service best practices, fundraising or job search skills.  The sessions help you organize your task in a manageable way, provide you phone skills to practice and explore, deliver feedback and direction that increases your confidence on the phone and continually improve your outcomes.

  • Each session is recorded and you are provided with the audio file. This allows for the creative teamwork necessary to continually improve your phone communication skills.
