Improvise to Create Unique Experiences

As I write this I remain uplifted and energized by many of the conversations I enjoyed during the less-hectic holiday season.

Each one was unique; each one filled with laughter, storytelling, hopes and challenges. None of them were planned. They each blossomed in the moments of two people being fully present with each other.

Real-time conversations, infused with the skill of improvisation, are powerful, magical. They are available to each of us and allow us to inspire personal, custom discussions with every prospect and client. Trust, relationships and loyalty are all built on the foundation of improvised conversations.

If your sales and customer service processes rely heavily on “words on a screen”, I encourage you to incorporate more conversations throughout 2022 … and watch your business grow in unexpected ways.

This short video reveals more about conversations and improvisation. It’s essential to storyfinding. It does demand practice … so get started!
